We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jody! Finding our forever home was a long process, and throughout it all, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive. She never once made us feel rushed or pressured and always stayed positive and helpful, even when we struggled to find a home with the right layout and flow. She had a way of helping us see the potential in each home and guiding us through the process with so much care and understanding. Jody truly goes above and beyond, and we are so grateful for all her help, guidance, and dedication. She made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier, and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I first met Jody in November 2025 and was very impressed. Jody, Terry and I knew I had a long haul before I could sell my home but we finally got there in late May 2026. We live in SC and depended on Jody and Terry to assist us in selling our rental home in OH. It sold in one day and for more than it was listed. During the closing process, Jody assisted me with closing documents and the closing agents used were wonderful to work with since we had to do everything on-line, they were so helpful. If I had another property in Columbus, I would not hesitate to use Jody and her Team again!!
